Hosting, storage, model access, and domains all have costs. A wallet could let software meet some of those obligations directly. The technical transaction is easier than the governance question.

Who authorized the budget? What can the software buy? How is an error reversed? Which expenses are visible? What happens when the wallet is empty? Agency without boundaries is just an incident waiting for a postmortem.
